Uncover the future of food & drink at IFE 2026

IFE returns to Excel London from 30th March to 1st April as part of Food, Drink & Hospitality Week, the UK’s biggest celebration of industry innovation.

With hundreds of food & drink brands taking part in the show, including a dedicated Artisan Food section and the ever-popular Startup Market packed with new businesses, IFE is a must-attend for food & drink decision makers to explore the future of the sector.

Brands taking part in the Startup Market at IFE 2026 include Dragon Mama’s Kitchen, a family-run business dedicated to bringing premium Taiwanese food to international markets, avocado and macadamia cooking oil brand Omega Pressery, SheReal, a wellness-driven beverage and bespoke gifts company, and Yogoody, a company on a mission to provide flavour rich, nutritious food solutions including a yogurt-style drink made with real fruit, fibre, and seven probiotic strains.

Visitors to the show can also attend sessions on the New Products Discovery Theatre, sponsored by TT ICE TEA, an immersive experience for buyers to sample new-to-market products, meet the faces behind the brands, and network with suppliers.

IFE’s Future Food Stage, sponsored by Brambles Digital, will see a wide range of speakers and industry leaders taking to the stage to discuss topics including futureproofing the wholesale workforce, building a healthy global food system, the power of diversity in product ranges and much more.

Taking place alongside IFE is IFE Manufacturing, the home of everything food production, from machinery and ingredients to packaging and design.

On IFE Manufacturing’s Trends & Innovation Platform, visitors can hear Mintel’s 2026 Food & Drink Predictions, the 2026 Organic Market Report from the Soil Association, and FMCG Gurus discussing top Consumer Trends for 2026.
