Holly’s chocolates are lovingly handmade in small batches and have a complexity of flavour that sets them apart from the rest. With a high cocoa content and low sugar, each chocolate is a blend of passion, chemistry, and exceptional ingredients; all carefully engineered to provide you with the ultimate sensory experience.
With a degree in chemical engineering, Holly’s career took a sweet turn when she took an engineering role inside Cadbury’s Bournville chocolate factory controlling the bubble size inside Wispa bars and the kitchen producing caramel for the UK market.
Today Hollychocs have no fewer than 30 awards for their chocolates and has been crowned a Great Taste Producer. The chocolate menu changes seasonally, currently featuring gold award-winning Hot Cross Bun as well as their 3-time award-winning Icelandic Lava Salt Caramel.
