Brogan’s Bakery

Our unique bakery is a small family business founded by our parents Liam and Patricia Brogan in 1967.

Our bakery was the first in Ireland to be awarded with a Q mark in 1980. We are constantly developing new products using only natural locally sourced ingredients. We are the manufactures of the Kerrygold Butter Shortbread Biscuits which we make under license. We also produce a vast range of private label goods such as apple tarts, pound cakes and jam tarts just to mention a few!

We operate from a fully accredited production site (BRC A 2018) located in Chapelizod Dublin. We work with a number of Food Service Partners and cater to both the retail and foodservice industry not only in Ireland but internationally too. We are passionate about what we do and extremely proud of all our products brought to the market by our hard working employees. Watch this space!
